Order Cancellations

Order Cancellations :

Drop us an email at support@kanicomart.com or give us a call at 1800-100-7085 depending upon the eligibility of order cancellation.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing it, so we suggest to take a definite decision or if you are confused for the right product contact us through chat, email us or call us.

Orders can only be cancelled if we are unable to deliver within 30 Working days for normal orders & for Customised orders the duration is 60 Working days.

The situations are difference under Sale Periods, March, April & May as well because of highest amount of order flow.

For the Sale Periods & the 3 months you can check from our help desk.

It depends upon the mode of payment :

  • If you have paid through Online Mode (i.e. Credit/ Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets etc.) the amount will be received directly without any bank credentials requirement within 15 working days from cancellation.
  • If you have paid through IMPS/ NEFT or RTGS. You can send us your bank details via email so that we can get it done from our accounts.

You order can be cancelled only under following situations :

  1. If it is not delivered under any situation in 2 months.
  2. If you received Damaged Product on delivery.
